Registration & Payment Policy

A $400 deposit is required to reserve your place in the Painting Retreat. Deposits are fully refundable through April 1, 2026. The balance is due by August 1, 2026.

If you need to cancel after paying in full:

• Before June 1 – 75% refund (less deposit);

• June 1 – August 1 – 50% refund (less deposit);

• After August 1 – No refunds can be issued

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances such as illness, family emergencies, or travel disruptions. You may choose any provider that suits your needs. Terra Alta does not provide or manage insurance coverage.

On or about April 1, 2026 we will email you an invoice with a link to pay the balance due.
